SmartTime Software, Framingham, MA
Managed the staffing of a new product development team charged with re-architecting the company's flagship product.  Recruited and hired a Java architect, web developers, QA and UI engineers.

Granite Systems, Nashua, NH
In support of the national sales organization identified and recruited network support software account executives in San Francisco, Denver, Washington D.C., New Jersey, and Miami.

Incentive Systems, Bedford, MA
Managed technical recruiting which doubled the size of the engineering organization. Recruited software engineers, tech writers, web developers, database developers, UI designers and Java developers. Additionally, provided support to the sales organization by sourcing and qualifying candidates for Account Executive and Sales Engineer positions in San Francisco, Dallas, Denver, D.C. and Chicago.

LavaStorm, Waltham, MA
As Recruiting Manager developed and initiated a recruiting strategy focused on staffing engineering, web design and technical writer positions.  Built a recruiting team that grew the company from 47 to over 150 employees in four months.

net.Genesis Corporation, Cambridge, MA
Jump-started the newly-funded Professional Services organization, staffing local and national positions in Applications Consulting and Technical Support.

Wildfire Communications, Inc., Lexington, MA
Recruited systems and support engineers, information systems management, software engineers (telephony), SQA engineers, international product development, product marketing and program management staff. Contributed to policy development regarding staffing, compensation and employee relations.

Brainstorm Technologies, Cambridge, MA
Recruited JAVA developers and technical sales professionals for this software start-up company. Managed college recruiting program.

Kronos Incorporated, Waltham, MA
Created and implemented a three-pronged recruiting plan focused on reactive, tactical and strategic activities targeted to fill software engineering openings, establish a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates and improve employee retention. Received an award as a member of the Timekeeper C/S development team. Initial ninety-day contract was extended to one year.

AT&T Interchange/New Media Services, Cambridge, MA
Brought in at critical stage to recruit client software development engineers, network communications specialists and systems operations professionals during final countdown to launch of Interchange Online Network and AT&T Business Network. Initial ninety-day contract was extended to one year.

Powersoft Corporation, Concord, MA
Recruited client/server pre-sales and sales engineers for offices located in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, New York and New Jersey; recruited software consultants nationwide. Also supported Corporate Sales (inside sales/telemarketing) in Concord, MA. Initial eight-week contract was extended to five months.

Epoch Systems, Westborough, MA, now a division of EMC Corporation, Hopkinton, MA
Recruited client/server applications developers, product marketing managers, engineering managers, marketing communications and facilities professionals.

Children's Hospital, Boston, MA
Staffed positions in Total Quality Management (TQM), Radiology, Medical Records, Infection Control. Worked with department heads, VPHR and Director of Human Resources to develop nationwide recruiting strategies.  Completed two six-month engagements.

Rosemount Corporation, Eden Prairie, MN
Based in Houston, TX, logged 200,000 miles as staffing manager supporting sales offices and service hubs west of the Mississippi. Recruited sales engineers, pre and post sales, field service engineers, inside sales and technical support staff. Initial ninety-day contract was extended to one year.

The Foxboro Company, Foxboro, MA
Recruited software engineers (UNIX kernal, applications developers, communications protocols) supporting the Intelligent Automation Series product line. Initial ninety-day contract was extended to one year.
