Prior to forming The Willoughby Group he held full-time positions as Staffing Manager, Corporate Human Resources Representative, Technical Recruiter, Senior Staffing Consultant and Compensation Analyst for The Miriam Hospital, Analog Devices, M/A-COM, Inc. and Sun Financial Group. Gerald has a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences and has completed several courses towards a Masters in Management.
